At FinPulseLabs, we want you to be completely satisfied with our services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds on paid products, including our ₹200 one-time Personal Finance Report and any future subscription plans.

Free Tier

Our free tier requires no payment and can be cancelled at any time by deleting your account. No refunds are applicable as no charges are incurred.

Personal Finance Report (₹200 One-Time)

Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The report contains technical errors or fails to generate
  • Data entered was incorrectly processed due to a platform bug
  • You were charged incorrectly or multiple times

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You downloaded or viewed the report (as the service has been delivered)
  • You disagree with the calculations (which are based on standard financial formulas)
  • You entered incorrect data or changed your mind after purchase
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days
  2. Provide your order ID and reason for refund
  3. Include screenshots if reporting a technical issue
  4. We will review and respond within 2-3 business days

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Pro Analytics Subscription (Coming Soon)

Refund Eligibility

When Pro Analytics launches, subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of their initial subscription if:

  • The platform fails to deliver advertised features
  • Data ingestion or backtesting tools are non-functional
  • You experience persistent technical issues that prevent usage

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refund for unused days in the current period
  • No charges will be applied for future periods
  • Your data remains accessible for 30 days post-cancellation

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm cancellation

You will receive an email confirmation. Alternatively, email [email protected] to cancel.

Service Interruptions

If our platform experiences extended downtime (48+ hours) due to our infrastructure, we will:

  • Notify all affected users via email
  • Extend subscription periods to compensate for downtime
  • Issue prorated refunds upon request for significant outages

Scheduled maintenance and brief interruptions are not eligible for refunds.

Data Export Before Cancellation

Before cancelling or requesting a refund, we recommend exporting your data:

  • Go to Settings → Data Export
  • Download all reports, calculations, and backtests (PDF/CSV)
  • Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted

Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to deny refunds if we detect:

  • Multiple refund requests across different accounts
  • Abuse of the refund policy
  • Chargeback fraud (filing a chargeback after receiving a refund)

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity will be permanently banned.

We may update this Return & Refund Policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy before making a purchase.
